1) When a hospitalized senior doesn't have current identification, where can we go for assistance?
2) Is there a way to get Social Security Office to come to the Skilled Nursing Facility to update the account information?
3) We have Power of Attorney, but Social Security does not accept this valid documentation?
4) Brenda does not have a place to stay, and her current Skilled Nursing center is asking us to come up with exit plan. We are in our 60's and can't help with her hour-by-hour needs. She is severely overweight, has to be changed and bathed. She has many medications that have be given throughout the day. She is unable to move herself into a wheelchair without the assistance of a lift. Should they really be asking us for an exit plan. Who do we call for assistance?
